The Carbon Protocol has partners that have supported us along our journey to become a recognised Not-for-Profit Organisation. We want to say thanks for the pro bono services of ensAfrica, Grant Thornton and Good Cloud Pty Ltd.
Edward, Nathan Sonnenberg
Edward, Nathan Sonnenberg (ENSafrica) is South Africa’s largest law firm and a very proud supporter of the Carbon Protocol. They provide us with legal services at no charge! ENSafrica developed the founding documentation of the Carbon Protocol and the operational agreements for our Coordinating Managing Entity (CME) under the Programme of Activities (PoA) platform for projects that generate carbon credits under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) framework.
Grant Thornton is one of the world’s leading independent assurance, tax and advisory firms. Prior to incorporation into Grant Thornton in 2013, PKF Chartered Accountants had been doing our financial statements pro bono since 2009. In addition to our financial statements, they assisted with the application of our NPO status and tax exemption. We are very grateful for our loyal supporters!
Good Cloud Pty Ltd
Good Cloud provides Carbon Protocol with general IT support, website design, email support and secured a Google advertising grant for the NPO.
